Standing, balancing and walking can be done willy-nilly or mindfully. This Strong and Sturdy Yoga class will focus on all those important leg muscles we need to strengthen to balance better, walk straighter and feel sturdy in our structure.
In this first of the Strong and Sturdy Video series we focus on alignment and holding poses longer. Remember to pace yourself. The more often you practice, the better you will feel. Remember, it works if you do the work!
