We have been dancing this Garth Brooks' The River Chair Yoga Dance for years and it has become our Anthem for Aging! The movements are great for your core strength and the gentle twists are perfect for stiff backs. But truthfully, the lyrics are the magical part of the Dance. May we all get to our destinations with a smile on our face!
