Sharing new sequences I learn from other Chair Yoga teachers is always a treat. This class has a special Foot sequence that is great for keeping the toes, arches and ankles healthy and strong. Ditto for the Flamingo Finger sequence for our important digits. All compliments to Catherine, Chair Yoga teacher in Canada. I had to throw in a Chair Yoga dance (Take it Easy!) at the end, right before Svasana. Just something about dancing lifts the spirits a bit higher. Enjoy!
